Cómo eliminar tu cuenta y datos personales
We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from Tarot.Run, please follow the instructions below.
Visit tarot.run/signin and log in with your credentials
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Personal Center"
In the Personal Center, scroll down to find the "Account Management" section
Click the "Delete Account" button and confirm your decision
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted
If you prefer, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, resolving disputes).
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any purchases made. Please refer to our Terms of Service for our refund policy.
