All sales are final. For all purchases, we do not honor any refunds unless in the circumstance of technical issues where you didn't receive the card read.
We record the content you create through the Service. This includes the questions you submit, the readings generated for you, the full text of your conversations with the reading chatbot and the Oracle, and the profile details you choose to provide. We also generate and store insights inferred from that content, including recurring themes, topics, and an assessment of emotional tone.
This content is retained indefinitely for as long as your account exists, and is used to personalise your readings through artificial intelligence, including by supplying it as context to AI models that generate your interpretations and replies. You can delete it at any time by deleting your account.
By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and provide personalized content. You can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie settings or by adjusting your browser settings.
Users are not required to upload files to use our services. However, the questions you ask, the messages you send to the reading chatbot and the Oracle, and any profile details you provide are user content, and they are recorded and retained as described in Section 6 and in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a licence to store, process, and analyse it in order to operate and personalise the Service, including by providing it to the AI models that generate your readings and replies. If you choose to provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use this feedback without compensation or credits given.

YOU AND TAROT.RUN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
